These soft round buns are made from premium wheat flour, milk, eggs and butter. Sometimes sprinkled with sesame seeds on top. The buns contain B vitamins and many beneficial minerals - potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and sodium. Usually, the bun is cut in half lengthwise. Inside it goes a burger or hamburger - a minced meat patty, as well as onion rings, tomato slices, lettuce and other ingredients to taste.
