This is a white powder that looks like highest quality wheat flour and has enhanced nutritional value. The manufacturing process consists of complete evaporation of water from pasteurized cowși#39;s milk. The product retains many health benefits of fresh milk, containing proteins, potassium, calcium, copper, iodine, iron, vitamins A, B1, D, as well as 20 essential amino acids. It is sufficient to dilute it with warm water in a 1:3 ratio, and you will obtain a product similar to boiled milk. Powdered milk does not require boiling as it has already undergone heat treatment during manufacturing. In cooking, milk obtained this way is used exactly like regular milk. It can be added to tea, coffee, cocoa, mashed potatoes, minced meat, dough, creams, sauces, and is also used in preparing porridges and milk soups, as well as ice cream and milkshakes. Sometimes, powdered milk is added to baking dough and desserts without being diluted with water, as an independent ingredient.
