Directions

Grate the zest of a lime and squeeze the juice.
In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lime zest.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Pour the lime juice.
The mixture will thicken slightly.
It is poured into small glasses or into lime peel.
Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Before serving, garnish with lime zest and mint leaves. Enjoy!
