Directions

  1. Grate the boiled egg, crab sticks and cheese in a bowl using a large grater, add the chopped dill, grated garlic, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Mix the ingredients together.
  3. Slice the cucumbers lengthwise very thinly.
  4. Add the prepared mixture to each slice and roll.
  5. Serve the rolls on a plate or cutting board.
