Directions

  1. Line a 20x20 cm baking dish with baking paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 4-5 minutes, add the melted chocolate and mix.
  4. In another bowl, mix: flour with cocoa and baking powder. Add to the liquid mixture, mix again. Pour in the beer, mix and finally add the raspberries.
  5. Pour the dough into the mold, if desired, sprinkle with a few raspberries and chocolate drops.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes, at temperature 180 °C.
  7. Cool the brownie completely, cut into 9 equal pieces and enjoy. Bon appetit.
