In a saucepan add: rice, anise stars, mango pieces, 2 generous spoons of honey.
Pour the water & boil under the lid over medium heat for 25 minutes, stirring periodically, until the composition has thickened, and the rice is soft and fluffy.
Add the yogurt, so that the pudding is more creamy.
We pour into bowls, sprinkle with the left honey and decorate with mango.
