1️⃣ Add the potatoes to a baking tray, drizzle with oil, season with salt and black pepper, and prick them in spots with a knife.
2️⃣ Bake the potatoes for 50 minutes at 200°C, or until they turn golden and crispy.
3️⃣ Make a cut in each potato and gently open the center, then return to the oven for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Add grated cheese inside each potato, then put them in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
5️⃣ Upon request, serve with a side dish. Enjoy!
