Directions

  1. Combine melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, mix.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one by one, mixing well after each one.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, add it to the rest of the ingredients, and stir until combined.
  5. Add the dough to a 25 cm diameter pan.
  6. Place slices of apricots on the surface.
  7. Sprinkle a little sugar in the center of each apricot.
  8. Bake the cake for 50 minutes at 180°C.
  9. Serve the cake both warm and cold! Enjoy!
