Directions

Mix the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
🫐 Pour the oil and milk, add the egg, mix and let sit for 20 minutes.
Add the dough to a rectangular baking dish.
Roll the blueberries in flour and then add them to the surface of the dough.
🫐 Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 200 °C. Enjoy!
