Directions

  1. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter, portion into jars (volume 200 g).
  2. Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar, add the pistachio paste and vanilla to taste.
  3. Mix until you get a homogeneous texture.
  4. Add the eggs gradually and the salt.
  5. Pour the cream, mix again.
  6. Portion into small jars over the biscuit crumbs.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes at 120°C, then cool completely and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  8. Bring the raspberry puree to a boil together with the sugar.
  9. Add the sour cherries, boil for 1 minute, and let it cool.
  10. 🎄 On top of the cooled cheesecakes, add fruit sauce and enjoy!
