Directions

  1. Mix the flour with the salt and the dry yeast.
  2. Pour warm water and melted butter, mix, then knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cover with a towel and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm and cut out circles.
  5. Roll each ball in cornmeal, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Toast the buns on a hot pan over low heat for 9-10 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve it with jam, butter, or it is a perfect option for a burger.
