Directions

  1. Beat the egg very, very well, add sugar and milk Căsuța Mea.
  2. Gradually mix the flour and salt to avoid lumps.
  3. Then pour in hot water, oil and stir.
  4. Finely chop the ham as I do and beat 2 eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake pancakes in a dry frying pan as I show you.
  6. Then add the ham with a little vegetable oil or butter until the pancakes have cooled.
  7. Add the eggs and mix until the consistency is like mine.
  8. Add the Dutch cheese and continue mixing.
  9. Now it's time to add the filling to the pancakes.
  10. Then fry them on both sides in butter and serve.
