Roasted cauliflower with cream sauce and curry

Directions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into pieces.
  2. Transfer to a baking tray, season with paprika, salt, pepper, pour in the oil and mix.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Sauté the garlic and grated onion in a hot pan with oil for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the curry powder and mix.
  6. In a bowl, mix: sour cream, lemon juice, seasoned mixture, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the cauliflower with sauce, garnish with greens.
  8. Enjoy your meal.
