Directions

  1. Saute the onion in a drizzle of oil until it turns golden.
  2. Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes cut in halves, leaving them to brush a little.
  3. Put stewed pork (high quality and without preservatives) in a pan and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add well-washed buckwheat, sour cream and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the dish and let it simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes, until the buckwheat is cooked and the liquid evaporates.
  6. At the end, sprinkle grated mozzarella on top and let it melt.
