Directions

  1. In a pot, pour the tangerine juice and sparkling wine, add the sugar with the gelatin, stir and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to swell.
  2. Put the pot on the stove, low heat, stir until the sugar melts with the gelatin.
  3. Fill our favorite molds and place them in the freezer or refrigerator for a few hours, or until firm.
  4. Remove from the molds and serve with pleasure. Happy holidays!
