Directions

  1. In a saucepan we pour the tangerine juice, the sparkling wine, We add sugar with gelatin, We mix & leave for 10-15 minutes to swell.
  2. We put the saucepan on the hob, low temperature, Mix until the sugar with gelatin melts.
  3. We fill your favorite shapes & give to the freezer or refrigerator for a few hours, or until it strengthens.
