Directions

1. We pass baked potatoes. Add the chopped greenery with the scraped cheese, season with salt & black pepper, mix.
2. In another bowl mix the egg, cream & flour.
3. We form balls, flatten, tall through the cream mixture & fry on both sides in a hot pan.
