    400 ml
  • Dry yeast
    4 g
  • Sugar
    10 g
  • Flour
    300 g
  • Oil
    40 ml
  • Salt
    1 pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare the dough: sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the salt, sugar, pour the oil and warm milk over the solid mixture, Mix with a whisk until there are no lumps.
  3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it to rest in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Pancakes: In a well-heated pan with oil, add a tablespoon of batter. Fry until nicely browned on both sides.
  5. Serve the pancakes with jam and sour cream.
  6. Enjoy!
