  • Pork loin
    200 g
  • Garlic
    3 clove
  • Single Cream (Half-and-Half) Căsuța Mea 15%
    200 ml
  • Flour
    1 tsp
  • Parmesan
    50 g
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black Pepper
    to taste
  • Greens
    to taste

Directions

  1. Fry the grated garlic together with finely chopped onion in a hot pan with oil for a few minutes.
  2. Boil the pasta in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package, (approximately 6 minutes).
  3. Cut the bacon into strips and add it on top of the cake. Mix the flour with the sweet cream and black pepper.
  4. Add a ladle of pasta cooking water, then add the previously cooked pasta, stir, and turn off the heat. Before serving, add the grated Parmesan.
  5. Decorate with herbs and enjoy. Enjoy!
