    200 g
  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%
    100 g
  • Spinach
    100 g

  • Black Pepper

  • Garlic

Directions

  1. In a saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta.
  2. In a hot pan, add the butter and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the spinach and 1 pinch of salt, stir until softened.
  4. Add the cream cheese, pour in the whipped cream, sprinkle with pepper and chili flakes, and add the drained cooked pasta.
  5. Mix everything well, add a few ladles of pasta water.
  6. Serve the pasta with grated hard cheese and chili flakes.
  7. Enjoy your meal.
