Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the butter very soft with the sugar, until it doubles its volume or until the texture becomes creamier.
  2. Break the eggs slightly incorporating into the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Add, flour, baking powder and salt powder, mix to a homogeneous meal.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased shape with butter, slightly leveling, covering with half plums.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Bake the cake 50-55 minutes, temperature 180 C. Cool completely and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
