  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Mix the powdered sugar with butter at room temperature, lemon peel and lemon juice.
  2. Gradually add the eggs, continuing to beat. Add the semolina, mix
  3. Pass our cottage cheese through a sieve and mix everything very well again.
  4. Grease a 23 cm diameter baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
  5. Pour out the mixture, flatten and bake for 60 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C.
  6. Remove, cool and enjoy Bon appetit!
