Directions
Beat the eggs together with the sugar for about 10 minutes.
Pour in the kefir and melted butter, stirring until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder, add it to the liquid ingredients, and stir gently.
Finally, add slices of apple and grated lemon zest, mix once again, and pour the batter into a 26 cm diameter pan.
Cover with cedar nuts and bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C.
Let the cake cool down slightly and serve immediately while it’s still warm. Enjoy!
