Directions

  1. Beat the butter with sugar and eggs.
  2. Add the flour with the baking powder and the vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Add apple slices along with frozen cherries, mix again.
  5. Add the dough into a 39x26 cm mold, optionally sprinkle with almond flakes, and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
  6. Enjoy!
