Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into slices and fry in a well-heated frying pan with oil.
  2. Fry until it becomes golden.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms to your taste and put them to stew together with the chicken breast.
  4. Peel and thinly slice the onion.
  5. When the mushrooms are golden brown, add the onions to the pan.
  6. Cook everything for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
  7. Add mustard, salt to taste and water.
  8. Fry everything 5 minutes.
  9. Finally, add the Căsuța Mea sour cream, bring everything to a boil and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
  10. Look how creamy and rich the sauce is. Serve with chili pepper and green onions.
