Directions

  1. A fillo sheet is lubricated with melted butter. We overlap the 2nd sheet of fillo dough, so is greased with butter.
  2. We divide in half the pie sheet. Add the cheese to one edge of the dough, add 3-4 threads and run.
  3. The same we prepare with the rest of the ingredients. Grease the surface with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame and bake in the oven, the temperature 200 C, 15-20 minutes or until it is beautifully browned. Enjoy!
