Directions

  1. We slice the eggplant in length, Season with salt to taste & grease with melted butter on each side.
  2. We fry on both sides on the medium-high heat until they are beautifully browned.
  3. For filling we mix, cheese cream with minced nuts, scraped garlic, chopped parsley, salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Add a teaspoon of filling on each slice & rolling.
  5. We serve the eggplant rolls on the plateau with marinated onion & parsley.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
