  • Garlic

  • Cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add the sliced garlic and chopped chili, then sauté gently to release their flavors.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then add the cooked pasta.
  5. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the flavors blend together.
  6. Divide the pasta onto plates, top with mozzarella, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately – warm, fragrant, and slightly spicy. Enjoy!
