Zucchini cut the rounds. Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
We put the rounds in a layer and prepare at medium temperature on both sides until they are brown. We remove on paper towels to absorb the oil.
We let it cool. We laugh at the cheese through the small grater. The same thing we are preparing with garlic dogs.
Add the mayonnaise, season as desired with salt and black pepper. Add a teaspoon of filling over fried and chilled zucchini.
