  • Cocoa Powder
    30 g
  • Almond Flour
    20 g
  • Honey
    75 g
  • Kefir Căsuța mea 2,5%
    1 tbsp
  • Egg white
    1 pc
  • Salt
    to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to form a large and uniform dough ball.
  2. Shape small pieces from the finished dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 175 C, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Cool the balls and place them in a jar.
  4. Serve with milk and fresh fruits. Enjoy!
