Directions

  1. In a pan we add, 20 gr- butter with the spinach well washed and drained of water, mix until softened, season with salt and pepper.
  2. We drain the excuse of the juice through a sieve.
  3. In a bowl mix: cow's cheese, eggs, yogurt and hard cheese, incorporate the well-drained spinach.
  4. Grease 6 fillo sheets with melted butter, place in a 22 cm diameter shape or pan.
  5. Add the cheese composition with spinach.
  6. Grease the 4 fille sheets left with butter, cover the surface and place the edges well.
  7. Grease the surface with butter & bake 35-40 minutes, at temperature 180 C.
  8. We remove the pie, let it cool slightly and serve.
  9. Enjoy your meal.
