Directions

  1. Blend until smooth: cottage cheese with cream, eggs, honey, cornstarch, salt powder, and vanilla essence.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a 24x11 cm pan, greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina.
  3. Sprinkle with raspberries or any other berries or fruits you prefer.
  4. Let it cool completely and enjoy.
  5. Enjoy!
