Directions

  1. In a bowl, beat soft butter with sugar until creamy, add sour cream and mix again.
  2. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder and mix them together carefully as I show you.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Bake the crumbly cookies on two baking sheets for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the softened butter with the boiled condensed milk until it becomes light in color and creamy in texture, like mine.
  6. Add the cookies to the cream, stir and refrigerate for an hour.
  7. Now it's time to use your hands to form an anthill out of the cake.
  8. Trust me, it's easier than it looks! Smooth out the walls with a putty knife, as I'll show you.
  9. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  10. Now all you have to do is melt the chocolate with melted butter and decorate the cake with it, along with nuts.
