Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become fluffy.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave (let it cool down a bit).
  3. Add the yogurt and chocolate over the egg mixture.
  4. Mix 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix.
  6. Pour the dough into a rectangular shape and level it.
  7. Place the pear pieces in syrup, slightly deepening them.
  8. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 40-45 minutes.
  9. Serve the cake with a cup of coffee.
