  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%

  • Cocoa Powder
  • Mint

Directions

  1. Pour the hot cream into a bowl, add the mint and leave for 60 minutes to infuse.
  2. After 60 minutes remove the mint, heat the whipped cream in the micro -oven.
  3. Pour the chocolate and melted butter on top.
  4. Mix the ingredients well, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for a few hours.
  5. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and form balls.
  6. Put the obtained little balls in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  7. Roll the balls in cocoa powder and serve with pleasure.
