Melt the chocolate with the butter, mix until smooth. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the room temperature eggs with the sugar.
Add the mixture of chocolate with butter, then add the dry ingredients here, mix again, and transfer to a pastry bag.
Place the dough on parchment paper, the diameter of a cookie is 6 cm.
DO NOT PLACE MORE THAN 8 COOKIES ON A SHEET.
Bake for 12 minutes at 175 °C, fan setting. Cool completely.
Add Nutella on half of the cookies, cover with the remaining cookies, and let sit for 30 minutes.
THIS QUANTITY OF INGREDIENTS IS ENOUGH FOR 8 SANDWICH COOKIES.
