  • Sugar
    125 g
  • Powdered sugar
    90 g
  • Flour
    280 g
  • Baking powder
    1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda
    1/4 tsp
  • Salt
    1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread
    to taste

Directions

  1. Combine the softened butter with the oil and beat for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the egg, the sugar, and continue to beat until the texture becomes fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and mix. Continue with the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix again until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into balls of 55 grams each, place them on a tray lined with parchment paper, flatten slightly, and bake for 11 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven, add Marshmallows in spots, and bake for 2 more minutes. Cool completely.
  6. Decorate with walnut paste, hazelnut chocolate spread, roasted and chopped nuts… Enjoy!
