Directions

1. For dough no. 1: We mix the butter at room temperature, add the sugar, continue to mix, Also add the egg here, mix again.
2. We sift the flour with baking powder, sodium bicarbonate & salt, mix.
3. We pour vanilla extract & add crushed chocolate, We continue to mix until the dough is formed.
4. We spread the dough between 2 baking sheets, with a thickness of 2-3 mm & give cold for 30 minutes.
5. For dough no 2: We melt the chocolate with butter at the steam bath or in the microwave.
6. In another vessel we beat the egg with brown sugar & salt.
7. We add the mixture of melted chocolate with butter, mix, We sift the flour with cocoa & baking powder, we continue to mix until homogenized.
8. We form biscuits: We remove the cold dough from the refrigerator & cut 6 cm circles.
9. We transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper, We cover each circle with a generous spoon of dough.
10. Bake biscuits 15 minutes- temperature 180 C.
11. We cool & we enjoy a glass of milk! Enjoy your meal!
