  • Dark chocolate
    120 g
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 82,5%
    50 g
  • Chicken egg
    60 g
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Flour
    45 g
  • Cocoa Powder
    5 g
  • Baking powder
    2 g
  • Brown Sugar
    65 g

Directions

  1. Dough No. 1:

  2. For dough #1: Whisk the room-temperature butter, add the sugar, continue mixing, add the egg, and mix again.
  3. Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt and mix.
  4. Add vanilla extract and chopped chocolate, continue mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough between two baking sheets to a thickness of 2–3 mm and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Dough No. 2:

  7. For dough no 2: We melt the chocolate with butter at the steam bath or in the microwave.
  8. In another bowl, beat the egg with brown sugar and salt.
  9. Add the melted chocolate and butter and mix. Sift the flour with cocoa and baking powder, continuing to mix until smooth.
  10. Shaping and Baking:

  11. To shape the cookies: Remove the cold dough from the refrigerator and cut out circles with a diameter of 6 cm.
  12. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each circle with a generous spoonful of batter.
  13. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180°C.
  14. Let cool and enjoy with a glass of milk! Enjoy!
