Put the powdered sugar, flour, cornstarch, and softened butter into a bowl.
Add the egg, yolk, and a pinch of salt.
Mix the ingredients and form the dough; you should obtain a soft, smooth, and homogeneous dough.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces, roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm.
Then, using a round cookie cutter, cut out circles, which you will place on a baking sheet.
Now, using smaller circles formed from half-circles, create the eyes and nose, then use a knife to shape the mouth.
Bake the cookies at 180 °C until they turn golden brown (approximately 10-11 minutes).
Let it cool, then you can fill it with jam.
