    50 ml
  • Gelatin

Directions

  1. ◦ In a saucepan, add the milk and condensed milk and bring them to the boiling point.
  2. ◦ In a separate bowl, mix the water with the gelatin and allow it to swell for 10 minutes, then melt it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  3. ◦ Add the black chocolate to the hot milk and mix until completely melted.
  4. ◦ incorporate melted gelatin and mix well until you get a homogeneous table.
  5. ◦ Pour the mixture into glasses, cups or bowls and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. ◦ Repeat the same procedure, but replace dark chocolate with caramel chocolate or white chocolate.
  7. ◦ Pour this layer over the dark chocolate jelly already set and put back in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
  8. ◦ Before serving, decorate with minced chocolate or expanded rice, according to preference. Enjoy your meal!
