Directions

  1. Mix the butter at room temperature with the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and finely chopped nuts.
  2. Pour the oil, add the nutmeg, mix. Incorporate the sifted flour, shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 7-8 mm.
  4. With the help of a cutter, shape the cookies into crescent shapes.
  5. Transfer the biscuits onto a baking tray. (Reshape the remaining dough, roll it out again, and cut out the rest of the biscuits.)
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Take out the cookies, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy them with loved ones. Happy holidays!
