Directions

  1. In a saucepan, pour the oil, add the diced onion, chopped garlic and fry until nicely browned.
  2. Add the diced pumpkin, salt to taste, thyme, pour in the water and simmer over medium heat until the pumpkin is tender (about 20 minutes).
  3. Blend everything with a blender until the texture becomes smooth, add the melted cheese, pour in the sweet cream and bring to the boil again.
  4. The most delicious pumpkin soup is ready! You can serve with toasted bread and greens. Enjoy!
