  • Dark chocolate
    100 g
  • Chicken egg
    3 pc
  • Sugar
    120-150 g
  • Flour
    35-40 g

For the filling:

  • Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea 9%
    250 g
  • Chicken egg
    1 pc
  • Cornstarch
    10 g
  • Cranberry
    50 g

Directions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave.
  2. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, add the melted chocolate–butter mixture, sift in the flour and mix until smooth.
  3. For the cheese filling: mix the well-blended cottage cheese with powdered sugar, add the egg, mix again, sift in the cornstarch and mix.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate batter into a greased 20 cm baking tin. Add the cheese filling, sprinkle with cranberries, top with the remaining chocolate batter and bake for 35–40 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Let it cool and enjoy the brownie dusted with cocoa powder. Happy Holidays!
