  • Lemon Zest
    20 g
  • Blueberries
    250 g
  • Walnuts

Directions

  1. Combine the milk with the cream and the vanilla seeds, place it on the stove, and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the round grain rice, stir and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  3. For the sauce: cook the blueberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar and grated lemon zest, for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Beat the egg yolk with the remaining sugar until pale and thick. Add it to the rice, stirring until well combined.
  5. Serve the pudding hot with blueberry sauce and walnuts. Enjoy!
