A silky and creamy mousse made with whipping cream, white chocolate and pistachio paste — elegant, rich in flavor and irresistibly smooth.

    220 g
  • Single Cream (Light Cream) Căsuța Mea 20%
    300 g
  • Pistachio Cream
    140 g
  • White chocolate
    300 g

Directions

  1. Hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water, then squeeze out the excess water.
  2. Place the white chocolate, hydrated gelatin, and pistachio paste in a bowl.
  3. Pour very hot cream A over them and mix until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Separately, whip cream B until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the pistachio–chocolate mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula, mixing from bottom to top.
  6. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and freeze until completely set.
  7. Remove the mousse from the molds and transfer it to the refrigerator to thaw completely.
  8. Enjoy this silky, creamy dessert with an intense pistachio flavor!
