Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the cow's cheese, two eggs, 3 tablespoons of sugar that can be omitted, cream and mix with a fork until you get such a texture.
  2. Now add the flour. I used rice flour for a less caloric option, but you can also choose ordinary wheat.
  3. Add the pieces of white chocolate and mix very well again.
  4. Gently arrange half of the dough and level.
  5. In the other half add the currant and mix until everything is finely purple.
  6. Add the composition over the first layer and level everything.
  7. Now sprinkle almond flakes on top and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. That's how appetizing. It is perfect for a less sweet breakfast or dessert!
  9. Very fine, and the contrast between white chocolate and currants is sensational.
