    1 pinch
  • Vanilla
    1 tbsp
  • Almond flakes
  • Strawberry
    500 g
  • Cornstarch
    1 tsp
  • Lemon Zest

Directions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients for the crispy dough.
  2. Add the butter, pour in the vanilla, and incorporate the ingredients together.
  3. Mix the strawberries, cornstarch, and sugar in a baking dish.
  4. Peel the skin and squeeze the lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the dough, so that they completely cover the strawberries.
  6. Decorate with almond flakes and bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 °C.
  7. Chill it a bit and serve with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
