Directions
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Once it melts, sprinkle in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring quite often.
Add the chopped garlic, followed by the wine, and let it simmer until it reduces by half.
Pour in the cream, stirring until it dissolves completely.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme to taste.
Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens to your liking.
Add the Parmesan, stir, then finally add the chopped parsley and pre-cooked ravioli, mix everything, and serve immediately.
