Directions
Preliminarily remove the salmon skin, seasoning it with salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly heat a pan with oil, and fry the fish for 3 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
Pour the wine, water, add crushed or chopped garlic, squeeze the lemon juice, and boil for 8-10 minutes.
Place the fish on a platter.
In the pan, add the capers, add the butter, and cook for a few more minutes; finally, add the chopped parsley and can spoon it over the fish. Enjoy!
