Directions

  1. ✅ Combine all 3 types of flour, add the sugar, salt, and dry yeast, then mix. ✅ Pour in the warm water and milk, and stir again.
  2. ✅ Add room temperature butter and knead the dough for 12-15 minutes. ✅ Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and let it rise for an hour.
  3. ✅ After an hour, knead the dough and let it rise for another hour. ✅ Divide the dough into 9-10 equal pieces, shape them into small balls.
  4. ✅ Moisten the surface of the buns with water. ✅ Roll in the seed mix.
  5. ✅ Place the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. ✅ Cover the buns with plastic wrap and let them rise for 40 minutes.
