Directions

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar. Add the seeds from half a vanilla pod.
  2. Beat everything until the mixture whitens. Then add the melted butter, oil, and milk, continuing to mix.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the liquid mixture on top, then stir.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours. Butter and flour the Madeleine mold.
  5. Fill the dough up to 3/4 of the volume and bake for 5 minutes at 220 °C, then 10 minutes at 180 °C. Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
  6. Mix the melted white chocolate, then add the remaining vanilla seeds. Spoon a little chocolate into each cavity of the mold and dip the biscuits in.
  7. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Take it out and enjoy! Bon appétit!
